With the weather being how it is…we thought it was time for a topical application story to be uploaded to the website.

ROAD SALT INVENTORY SYSTEM

With the snowy and icy roads and traffic grounding to a halt, the UK needed a well organised system like they use in Germany. This “Intelligent Inventory” management of road salt and grit ensures sufficient provisions are distributed and replenished (well, we definitely could of done with sufficient provisions..!).

Find out more on how the combination of our VEGAPULS Solids Radar Level Transmitters and VEGA’s web-based system, WEB VV, helped to create this “Intelligent Inventory” System.
